Since my last HSPU update, I have been practising every 2-4 days, as planned.
My last two sessions have focused on balancing after kicking up against the wall and I am gradually improving. I kept forgetting to try handstands between the two close walls that I mentioned in a previous post.
It’s getting easier to do HSPUs against the wall, and in general I am becoming more conscious of what my body is doing. Progress is good!
My frog-stand-to-handstand is improving very slowly. Katie suggested that she could support some of my weight, which will hopefully work as well as the supported HSPUs.
I’ll post another update in three or four weeks, to allow more time for progress.
